Aqua Marine Training was formed to in order to provide a convenient place to meet all your training needs. Our specialty is Instructor courses which include NAUI, TDI, and DAN. Additionally, we are very proud to be one of the few facilities authorized to teach PSI Cylinder Inspection Courses. Aqua Marine offers a full line of Recreational and Technical Diver courses from Open Water / Scuba Diver (60' depth limit) all the way through Full Trimix (330').
Owner and Chief Instructor, Gary Miller is a versatile and highly experienced diving Instructor with over 5,000 logged dives. His experience includes diving in the Mariana's Trench, the World War wrecks of Micronesia, Public Safety Diving in the ice covered mountains of Colorado, Both coasts and the gulf in the US, and of course the limitless dive locations of Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean, and the Virgin Islands. Gary Has had well over 6,000 students under his care and boasts an absolute perfect safety record, ZERO incidents!
Gary has trained under the best in the field and has traveled extensively to obtain this training. In 1 year Gary Traveled to Washington D.C.; Tamuning, Guam; & Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to get the training he wanted from the best in the industry. He currently holds Course Director and Instructor Trainer ratings with NAUI, TDI, and DAN. In addition he is a BSAC Advanced Instructor, a PADI Master Instructor, and an IANTD, NAUI Tech and PSI Instructor. Gary also holds a 100ton USCG Master's License and a Commercial Towing Endorsement. Additionally, he holds FCC licenses for Marine Radio Operations, GROP, Maritime Distress and Safety at Sea as (both an Operator and a Maintainer), as well as a RADAR Maintenance endorsement and a FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics license.
The Instructors that work with Gary are hand picked from the cream of the crop and are utilized to magnify their strong points and areas of expertise. Aqua Marine's Instructors are affiliated with NAUI, PADI, TDI, SDI, IANTD, BSAC, ASHI, DAN, DRI, and PSI.
